VPN Vault does not ever store, log, or share your true IP address. All IP address information is immediately purged and deleted at the point your VPN session is terminated or disconnected.

We use Apple In-App Purchases (https://developer.apple.com/in-app-purchase/) and Google Play payments (https://pay.google.com) to manage payments which means that we have zero access to your personal and credit card information.

Creating an account is always optional – we never require you to register or otherwise provide us with an email address any personal information to download or use our products.

The ads you may see on the free, ad-supported version of VPN Vault are generic – not based on any personal information.

If you choose to sign up with an account, we may receive the following data that you share with us: username, email address. This information is not required unless shared with us in an optional sign up.

All requests to delete a user's data should be sent to support@appsverse.com with header "Request to delete user data". Our support team will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
