This privacy notice applies to information collected about you by the VPN Vault Application ("App"), provided by APPSVERSE, INC ("Company" or "We"). It should be read in conjunction with the Appsverse Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) as it describes data processing practices that may vary from our general Privacy Policy. Where there is an inconsistency between the general Privacy Policy and this notice, this notice prevails.
At VPN Vault, we take your privacy and security very seriously.
When we say that we do not log or store any identifiable data, we mean it.
However, when you use our best-in-class VPN products and services, you do share some basic information with us that we use to improve our products in terms of performance and usability.
What we DO NOT collect
VPN Vault does not store, log, or share your true IP address. All IP address information is immediately purged and deleted at the point your VPN session is terminated or disconnected.
We use Apple In-App Purchases (https://developer.apple.com/in-app-purchase/) and Google Play payments (https://pay.google.com) to manage payments which means that we have zero access to your personal and credit card information.
Creating an account is always optional – we never require you to register or otherwise provide us with an email address or any personal information to download or use our products.
The ads you may see on the free, ad-supported version of VPN Vault are generic – not based on any personal information.These ads are not personalized based on any of your VPN Vault browsing activity, nor do we share any such activity with our advertising partners. However, personalization may be conducted by our advertising partners, (i.e., Google), who collect personal data such as your user-resettable advertising identifier and combine it with information they have, to show you ads which they believe are more relevant to you (Google allows you to opt out of personalized ads via your Google account settings). Paid versions of our VPN Vault products do not contain ads, and therefore do not send information to these advertising partners.
What we DO collect
If you choose to sign up with an account, we may receive the following data that you share with us: username, email address. This information is not required unless shared with us in an optional sign up.

VPN Vault website does not use affiliate cookies to identify the customers that visit our site. VPN Vault may use cookies to personalize the content of the Site for users, such as setting the default language.
How do we share your information?
We DO NOT share any information to any third parties under any circumstances.
Disclosure of Information to Third Parties
We DO NOT disclose any information to other commercial parties under any circumstance.
In the event Appsverse is required to comply with law enforcement, i.e. in the case where a subpoena, warrant or other valid and verified legal documents have been provided under United States jurisdiction, the scope of disclosure is kept limited to the “What we DO COLLECT” section above, which is optional data that you do not need to share with us.

User requests to delete data
All requests to delete a user's data should be sent to support@appsverse.com with header "Request to delete user data". Our support team will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
